  1. Thanks Bill, I just listened to part one and totally enjoyed it. Looking forward to part two and continuing in this study.

  2. This subject has always been some what a mystery to me. I am starting to re-think what you said regarding was Satan bound at the cross because I have felt in the past that he has full power. With coming to understand the powers for one that is born again Luk 10:19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
This makes sense that they are limited, (like he is on a chain.) In other wards we bound and loose Satan according to our walk. If we let to much flesh come in, his rope becomes longer. Our discernment and walking in TRUTH must be consistent to the end or we will give him enough rope to hang us.
    As always love your studies.

  3. I have been wavering between whether the 1000 year reign was a futuristic time frame or not since some months ago I read a book by Joe Ortiz “Why Christians will suffer great tribulation” He showed in the scriptures why he believed that there is no future 1000 year reign. He made an excellent point that if God destroys the earth we live in right now why would he do it again after another 1000 years…in !! Peter 10&11 The Lord comes as a thief in the night, the heavens pass away and the earth and it’s works shall be burnt up then in verse 13 we look for a new heaven and new earth…doesn’t sound like two separate time periods. Since there was a lot of error in the book, I wasn’t sure about this point. But as I listened to your shows today; verses came to mind that helped my out a bit. I remember in Daniel 12:1 that there is a time of trouble like never before and at that time everyone that is delivered are found written in the book. Then many that sleep will awake some to everlasting life and some to shame and everlasting contempt. It only mentions 1 book here for those who are delivered…from root to be smooth i.e. to escape (as if by slipperiness), release or rescue. Then in verse 13 he is to go thy way till the end be then he is to rest and stand in his lot at the end of the days. (Somehow in my mind that fit together with your show.) Then I started thinking about when Jesus told the disciples He would not drink from the fruit of the vine with them again until He is in His Father’s kingdom. If Christ’s kingdom were to not be til the 1000 year reign, why would HE say it would not be til His Father’s Kingdom? It would have to be that His kingdom is now and His Father’s kingdom is what happens after the tribulation period…not the 1000 years of Christ’s reign. The more I think about it, there is more scripture to back up that after the final tribulation, there will be the new heavens and new earth. In fact I have always been bothered by ! Corinthians 15: 23-28 since Christ is the 1st fruits then after they that are Christ’s at His coming then comes the end when He delivers up the kingdom to God His Father. The last enemy is destroyed…death; and He puts all things under His feet. Verses 50-57 (which are usually used by rapturists) are totally in line with 23-28 in that death is swallowed up in victory. In the doctrine of the 1000 year reign there will be those who live and die, so that is wrong! I can see how they may think it since I was of this mindset as well…Isaiah 65 says (Behold I create a new heaven and a new earth) no infant of days nor an old man not finishing his day… the child will die an 100 years old; but the sinner being 100 years old shall be accursed. That is still troubling to me only because there should now be no more death so how could anyone be old or dieing? I easily see that what most don’t recognize that there is a new heaven and earth at this time so it doesn’t fall into a 1000 reign category. I guess I will just have to listen to your third installment of this subject and quit thinking of more things to bring to mind. It is a very hard subject for me because of all the past things I had been taught this was the only one I wouldn’t let go of, so thanks for allowing the Holy Spirit to guide you through this study.

  4. June we are going to do many more shows taking one aspect at a time in uncovering this mystery. Thanks so much for your comment and insight, it is very helpful, Thank you Cindy, and Linda as well. God bless all of you as we can learn and be edified by the gifts HE shares with us.

  5. Great teaching Bill. I am so glad you did this and shared this with everyone. I picked up on some new things as I always do. I am going to mention it in the comments for those that were discussing this on my blog.

  6. This is a refreshingly original view of the millenial reigh! Finally, someone has opened up the door and questioned what is a fabricated doctrine.

    Great work!

  7. Bill: Hi, I am new to this site. I have been studying with Pete Wilson for about 6 mos. now, and have read some of your post. I was questioning this very subject of the 1000 year reign, and Pete suggested that I listen to your podcast. I have only listened to the first 25 min., but I can assure you, I will be back for more. This is something that I have been struggling with, and I have been praying for the Lord to open my eyes to the true meaning, and praise His Holy name, I believe He has. If it is possible I would like to subscribe to your site, and I invite you to visit my youtube page. If you will email me I will give you the info you need. This is fantastic, I feel like a kid who has been turned loose in a candy store, the more I learn about Jesus, the more I want to know. The truth will indeed set you free. I look forward to hearing from you. May God Bless. Sandra G.

  8. Bill,
You ask a great question at the end of part 2. Are we ruling with Christ properly. I think a key is found in Jer 51

NLT Jer 51:59 The prophet Jeremiah gave this message to Seraiah son of Neriah and grandson of Mahseiah, a staff officer, when Seraiah went to Babylon with King Zedekiah of Judah. This was during the fourth year of Zedekiah’s reign. 60 Jeremiah had recorded on a scroll all the terrible disasters that would soon come upon Babylon―all the words written here. 61 He said to Seraiah, “When you get to Babylon, read aloud everything on this scroll. 62 Then say, ‘LORD, you have said that you will destroy Babylon so that neither people nor animals will remain here. She will lie empty and abandoned forever.’ 63 When you have finished reading the scroll, tie it to a stone and throw it into the Euphrates River. 64 Then say, ‘In this same way Babylon and her people will sink, never again to rise, because of the disasters I will bring upon her.’ ” This is the end of Jeremiah’s messages.

I now get and agree with most of the discussions, thanks for your efforts there. I still differ in one aspect. I don’t think we should be looking for Jesus to coming back to earth. That seems inconsistent with the soon coming passages– seen in the generation that hears. If we see Christ coming into his kingdom here on earth won’t those folks who already passed miss this?

    soon coming passage:
KJV Ez12:25For I am the LORD: I will speak, and the word that I shall speak shall come to pass; it shall be no more prolonged: for in your days, O rebellious house, will I say the word, and will perform it, saith the Lord GOD.
26Again the word of the LORD came to me, saying.
27Son of man, behold, they of the house of Israel say, The vision that he seeth is for many days to come, and he prophesieth of the times that are far off.
28Therefore say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; There shall none of my words be prolonged any more, but the word which I have spoken shall be done, saith the Lord GOD.

So the prophecies spoken after Ezekiel happened to the first generation
    that hears the prophecy.

We are also warned not even to look when someone says Look here is the Messiah!

    KJV Matt 24:23-28
23Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.
24For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
25Behold, I have told you before.
26Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.
27For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
28For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.

I believe this passage is telling us that when our earthly bodies become a carcase, when we pass, we will see this lightning flash and Jesus coming into his kingdom. We know that he is there now, but we see it when we pass.

Is 9 also tells us that Jesus’ rule on the throne of David is eternal – henceforth even for ever!!!

    KJV Is 9:6-7
6For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
7Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.

Yes, Jesus is coming soon, we will all die soon!

I know this sounds crazy, but who have we gotten our doctrines from – from the beast, the abomination, the face of the serpent!

Please humor me to come up with a few passages that are inconsistent with this concept.

    God Bless
    Glenn

Not closely related but wanted to share this post:
    http://thebigpicmin.wordpress.com/2011/04/19/the-road-to-hell-is-paved-with-todays-lukewarm-churches/

  9. I appreciated your intense shows immensely. From the church, here are some doctrines that I was taught:

    A pre-tribulation rapture

Revelation is a consecutive time line

    Once saved always saved

    The 144,000 = physical Jews

A seven year peace treaty that the A-hole makes

The Antichrist will physically sit in a rebuilt Jewish Temple

We have to return to our Hebrew roots

    Numbers have no meaning

The ten toes of the statue in Neb’s dream = the revived Roman Empire

The head of gold = the lion

The image of beastie = Frankenstein monster

The Holy Spirit is removed before the Great Tribulation

    Obey your government

    Go to Church

    Be baptized in water

    Celebrate Easter & Christmas

Have the Lord’s supper once a month

    Always wear a tie

Since they are so off base on these areas, just to name a few, I began to question all that I’ve been taught. The Millennium for starters, is a man made term. As Sue Patterson & Randy Maugans have mentioned in their Third-Day studies, its a story told over and over again. What got me to scratch my head was that Gog & Magog is mentioned In Ezekiel and in Revelation, with the Gog & Magog clearly at the end of the Tribulation. At Ezekiel 38:20 it says that they ‘shall shake at my presence,’ and at verse 23; ‘Thus will I magnify myself, and sanctify myself; and I will be known in the eyes of many nations, and they shall know that I am the LORD.’ This seems to indicate that this is the Second Coming of Jesus, and that both are really at the end of the Tribulation. Further ‘every feathered fowl, and to every beast of the field,’ of verse 17; and at verse 20, ‘ye shall be filled at my table with horses and chariots, with mighty men, and with all men of war,’ sounds similar to the command the Lord gives as He returns, riding on a white horse in Revelation 19. Finally, are Gog & Magog also known as the Battle of Armageddon?

  10. Thanks for the helpful insite on Gog and Magog John. We just finished a 2 hour show on Rev 20:3-6. “The resurrection”. Should be up on our web-site soon. Gog and Magog is definitely going to be a 2 hour show coming very soon.

  11. I was asking Him about the 1000 year rule and I also wondered about it. I am 144000 a few months old and the deception out there is very great. Loved your show and love you gentlemen. There seems to be the Esauites on one side and the Oprah/Eckhart Tolle types on the other, both spewing doctrines of devils. You brothers are of God and thank you for your work. I am still not through all the third day studies! Hundreds of hours! They are also amazing, the Word is amazing. Can anyone comment on latest threshing floor show, Forbidden Books. Has anyone listened to that show? I am looking forward to your Gog and Magog show. Thank you.

  12. I keep going back in my mind to the White Throne Judgment, who is it for. Well it is clear now. And from what I understand the people of God are written in the Book of Life so obviously not for them but now I am pondering does anyone get forgiven at the White Throne Judgment? From Revelation 20 verse 11-15 it would seem not.
I know there is a Mercy Seat in the O.T. and wonder if White
Throne and Mercy Seat are the same and the lake of fire where the devil is cast and then joins the beast and the false prophet are, which I think would be groups of people. But what if someone is not in those categories and not very bright or had little knowledge of the scriptures would there be mercy or forgiveness? This has me stumped. For if they are not as intelligent as others, they are His creation. Can you, Bill, or someone confirm this? Maybe I am the only one confused. Would appreciate any insights. Thank you.

To whom much is given much is required, everyone is called some are given more than others, God judges a mans heart, if they were supposed to be in the book of life they will be their. God reaches many people in many different ways even without a bible. I surley dont by anymeans understand all the ways of our magnifisent and just God, but Jesus told the Father in the garden that He has kept all that were given to Him. He did not loose one except that son of perdition. The son of perditon are the ones who have the mark of the beast, they lust after the flesh and have a heart filled with iniquity. God is the is the one who knows and judges righteously. That judgement is found in Matthew 25: 31-46. Remember the good Samaritan did not have a bible and did not belong to the religious structure also but He did the will of the Father. He loved thy neighbour.

  14. Thank you Bill. His judgments are righteous and I need not worry.
He knows His sheep and He makes it so that they hear Him or will hear Him, because they are His. He will not lose one, not one. He knows who are not His and He does not make mistakes! You are so right. And I trust in Him, guess I was in the flesh upset because everyone else seems to not really care much about the Truth, just some show on TV or some current event in the world. I will stop worrying about them and just pray. It’s true He knows their hearts and I do not. Ad
